Cohort Overview

At Cascadia Management Group, our cohort programs are designed to bring business owners/senior leaders together for focused growth, practical skill-building, and meaningful connection.


These six-week, sprint-driven cohorts are built for hands-on execution, applying templates in real time, accelerating decision-making, and strengthening systems under operational pressure. Tools
integrate seamlessly with existing systems, reinforcing clarity, discipline, and forward momentum delivered through a tactical, sprint-driven environment designed for leaders who want sharper execution and lasting results.


The cohort includes six 90-minute work sessions, three comprehensive assessments, and 12 hours of peer collaboration, and up to 4 secondary functional role participants—$1,850 total investment per organization. Designed to deliver immediate, measurable improvements in how your business operates—not just ideas, but execution.
